Pregnancy Week 31

The Mom:

You can check on your baby by keeping daily kick count charts. This is done by recording the first 10 movements you feel each day. If you notice that baby's movements are becoming less frequent or if they stop altogether, you should contact your doctor. ----> Bab ni lah aku paling malassssss nak tanda kat buku merah tu. Tapi demi mu baby..mama jadi orang skema, buatlah jugak..huhu. Saya yang menurut perintah misi..hiks.

You are also probably experiencing Braxton Hicks contractions. There are practice contractions, that aren't painful, but can be uncomfortable. You acutally have these practice contractions throughout your pregnancy, but aren't aware of them ususally until the final weeks. These contractions also help draw up the cervix and thin it for labor. ------> Braxton Hicks!! Memang sekarang boleh rasa dah yer? Sebab aku ni selalu lah rasa macam nak terrrberanak kadang2 tu. Semput tau.

The Baby:

While baby's lungs still aren't mature yet, most of his other body systems are completely developed. His nerve cells and connections are functioning, and he can feel pain. You can even make him move if you push on your abdomen. He's almost 18 inches long, and weighs almost 3.5 pounds. ----> Baby ni, dulu bukan main shy2 lagi. Senyap jer. Aku ingat kalau baby girl memanglah dia tak seaktif baby boy kan. Tapi sekarang...uiitt..sama jugak cam waiz dulu. Berdebak debukk dalam perut mama ni. Tiba2 datang perasaan..anak lelaki jugak ker ni?

Tak buat pon ultra sound..kena cari masa gi klinik gak nanti ni. Kat Kuala Terengganu ni susah nak cari yang 3d or 4d. Penat aku usha..ada sape2 yang tau klinik mana ada buat scan 3d?
